Bathrooms

• Detail clean showers, tubs, tiles, and toilets.
• Disinfect all knobs and handles.
• Detail clean glass, mirrors, light fixtures and vents.
• Clean inside of all drawers and cabinets.
• Throw away all used soaps and shampoos.
• Provide 1 soap per bathroom.
• Provide 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom.

Kitchen

• Detail clean countertops, glass cook tops with stainless steel shine.
• Clean inside/outside of refrigerator and freezer, microwave and oven.
• Clean inside/outside of all drawers and cabinets.
• Disinfect all knobs and handles.
• Throw away all food from pantry, refrigerator and freezer.
• Provide 1 roll of paper towels.
• Provide 1 dish soap, dishwasher pod and laundry pod.

Dusting

• Dust furniture, windows sills, blinds, vents, ceiling fans and baseboards.

Lanai

• Remove Cobwebs  under covered area.
• Wipe down lanai furniture and vacuum lanai cushions.
• Vacuum/clean lanai floor under covered area.
• Clean inside/outside sliders and tracks.

Laundry

• Wash towels and sheets Each bedroom = 1 load of laundry included.

(Additional cost for additional laundry )

• Remake beds.

Vacuuming and mopping

• Vacuum and mop all carpet, tile, laminate and rugs.
• Vacuum all upholstered furniture.
